MEET OUR TEAM
Jeff became an electrician in 1989. In 2005, he founded Accurate with the goal of being the best, most trustworthy electrical contracting company in Southern California. He has now spent over a decade growing his team and making his vision a reality.
Jeff has been married to our event coordinator, Leann, for over 25 years. Together they have four sons, three of whom work or have worked for Accurate. In his free time, Jeff enjoys doing activities with his sons including paintballing, longboarding, playing videogames, fishing, hunting, and camping. In 2015, Jeff was the first person to catch a Wahoo in California waters that year. He also hit a home run in a professional baseball stadium with a wooden bat during a fundraiser event. Jeff’s favorite part of his job is seeing his dream come to fruition when customers turn into raving fans of Accurate.
Leann began working for Accurate in 2009 as the office manager and is now our event coordinator. She graduated from Cal State Fullerton with her Bachelor of Arts in Communications and has also worked in public relations.
Now, she has been happily married to our owner, Jeff, for over 25 years. Together they have four boys who are also involved in the company. Leann sees the Accurate team as an extension of her family, and greatly enjoys creating and hosting events to bring everyone together in a fun-filled, relationship building, positive atmosphere. She also enjoys cooking for her family and friends, gardening, baking, and writing and speaking about parenting, marriage, and faith. Her motto is, “If you feed them, they will come!” When it comes to the Accurate team, she is entirely right.
Director of Operations
Dalton started at Accurate in 2011 as an apprentice but now works more behind-the-scenes. He has graduated from Azusa Pacific University with honors in his Bachelor of Arts in Business Management degree and a minor in Leadership.
Dalton enjoys outdoor activities such as hunting, hiking, and fishing. He also works part time at his church where he is the Children and Youth Intern. Dalton’s favorite part of his job is talking to clients on the phone and signing up for 30-day free trials.
Cheri has been bringing smiles to both our team and our clients since she started at Accurate in 2012.
Cheri and her husband have been married for over thirty years and have three children, two sons and a daughter. When she is not managing the office or her children she enjoys hiking, scrapbooking, and watching reruns of “The West Wing.” Her favorite part of her job is working for a company that is built on integrity because it makes coming to work each day a joy.
Madeline has been serving our clients since 2015. She graduated college with her Bachelor of Arts in Social Work, then spent six months teaching English in Thailand.
Now she assists customers with navigating through the applications, permits, and processes required by each city. During her free time you can find her rock climbing, practicing yoga, or reading. Madeline’s favorite part of her job is working for a company where everyone takes great pride in providing excellent service.
Eric has been solving electrical problems with us since 2009 but has been an electrician since 2004. After graduating high school, he completed trade classes at Scottsdale Community College . He currently helps our customers as the Service Manager and HVAC Comfort Specialist.
Eric and his wife have three children, an 10-year-old, 7-year-old, and 11 months old. In his free time, he enjoys fishing, hunting, playing ball with his son, four wheeling, watching movies, and playing ping pong and darts. Eric’s toes and fingers are double jointed, he once caught two fish on one hook, and he has hiked Half Dome. Eric’s favorite part of his job is spending time with his coworkers because he enjoys the culture at Accurate and the people he works with. While working in the field and running calls he loves offering comprehensive options to homeowners and allowing them to make the decision that works best for them.
Mike has been helping our clients with their electrical needs since 2010 but has been in the electrical industry since 2005. After graduating high school, he completed 2 years of community college before earning his journeyman state certification through the WECA.
Now, Mike and his wife have three children together, two sons and a daughter. In his free time, he enjoys the outdoors and spending quality time with his friends and family. He can speak three languages and has even cultivated a worm farm in his backyard. Mike wanted to be an electrician since he was in 4th grade, and now his favorite part of his job is helping customers understand their situation so they can make an educated decision about the best solution.
Ray has been serving our clients at Accurate since 2013 when he started in the electrical industry. After graduating high school, Ray completed his SCIT General Electrician program and earned his Associate of Arts from the Los Angeles Trade Technical College in Electrical Construction and Maintenance.
Ray has two sisters, a brother, and two dogs, Minnie and Midnight. He enjoys fishing, camping, spending time in the outdoors, working on his ’97 Cherokee, and playing games such as ping pong, cornhole, washers, ladderball, and darts, a game in which he is proud to have beaten our Service Manager, Eric. Ray is bilingual, and would be trilingual had he not forgotten the French he learned in high school. Rays favorite part of his job is the daily customer interaction, being able to provide excellent service, and the satisfaction of a hard day’s work.
Josimar has been serving our clients since 2015, but has worked in the industry since 2010.
He and his wife have two boys. During his free time, Josimar enjoys spending time with family, playing games with his sons, and going to church. His favorite part of his job is completing an installation and giving our clients power again.
Jose is one of our promising apprentices that work alongside our journeyman electricians. He is currently enrolled in the General Electrical Program at Southern California Institute of Technology.
While much of his time is spent learning the electrical trade in class and on the job, Jose makes sure to prioritize his family and friends. On the weekends he enjoys hanging out with his younger sister, going out with friends, and playing sports. At Accurate, we are closed on Sundays to make sure our employees have time to rest and focus on the things that are most important to them. You will find Jose on the soccer field every Sunday, playing with friends!
Joseph began his apprenticeship at Accurate after completing the General Electrician Program at Southern California Institute for Technology in 2015. He attributes his strong work ethic and dedication to providing quality services to his time spent serving as a Sergeant in the Marines. At the end of the day if the customer is happy, he is happy.
Fixing things is a hobby for Joseph that extends beyond his job as an electrician. In his free time, he enjoys working on his car and his motorcycles. Joseph owns a Harley that he takes meticulous care of. He takes full advantage of the Southern California weather to ride as often as possible. He also enjoys going camping in the desert with friends and riding dirt bikes. Whether on the job or on the road, Joseph knows how to combine hard work and fun.
Eddie obtained an electrical certificate in residential, commercial energy & utilities electrician. He is also great at painting and waterproofing.
Eddie has a very supportive partner of 10 years and together they have an 8 year old daughter that loves ice skating and ballet. When he’s not working, Eddie preferred activities like paint balling, fishing, working out, spending time with my family, and having family events. Eddie really enjoys electrical because there is always something new and exciting to learn. He’s always looking forward to learn new things. In fact, his life philosophy is “the love of knowledge.”
Customer Service Representative
Rhiannon is one of our Customer Service Representative. She has over twenty years of experience in customer service; the last twelve of those in a home services industry. She strives to ensure each customer has a positive experience by personally connecting them with technician who can best resolve their problem. Whether you’re experiencing a home emergency, have questions regarding billing, or need to schedule an appointment, Rhiannon will be glad to assist you.
When she is not working, she typically spends time with family or friends. Rhiannon comes from a large family. She has ten nieces and nephews, a soon-to-be step-son and a niece, who she adopted and raised. Her family highly value adoption and she feels incredibly lucky to have benefited from an ever expanding family thanks to the foster to adopt program. Her favorite activities include writing fiction (she holds a Bachelors in English Literature from California State University Bakersfield), making music, building blanket forts, and singing cheesy musicals without any shame at all. Her favorite part of working at Accurate is the people. She appreciates that the Accurate team is positive, encouraging, and celebrates each other’s personal successes.
Marshall has joined the Accurate team in 2017 at a HVAC Specialist. Having worked in the HVAC industry since 2000, Marshall is able to provide customers with home solutions that uniquely fit their needs. In addition to holding a type 1 and type 2 certification from the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency, Marshall continues to further his knowledge in the field through various training courses.
On his days off, I Marshall enjoys spending time and playing games with my friends. He particularly enjoys playing table tennis and video games. His favorite part about working with the accurate team is being surrounded by peers who are professionals and experts in their respective fields.
Customer Service Representative
A native of California, Paula was raised in nearby Arcadia. She attended Pasadena
City College where she earned her associate degree in graphic design and marketing. With over 20 years of experience in the customer service industry, Paula thoroughly enjoys serving our customers and making sure their home needs are met.
Paula and her husband have been married for 35 years and are longtime residents of Glendora. They have two grown children together and enjoy spending time together camping and fishing. Some of Paula’s other hobbies include photography and cake decorating. Her cakes have won 3 blue ribbons at the LA County Fair. According to her, the best part about working for Accurate is the family atmosphere and the value that is placed on the customers.
Rick has been serving our customers since 2017, but has over 15 years of experience in the electrical industry. Knowledge is important to Rick. In addition to speaking four languages, Spanish, Russian, Ukrainian, and English, he attended both Rio Hondo College and Citrus College in order to obtain his C-10 Electrical License and General B Contractors License.
Rick and his wife have two daughters together. On the weekends he enjoys spending time with them as well as dirt bike riding. Rick also has a love for travel and adventure. He has time living and in both South American and the Alaskan wild. His favorite part about working for accurate is the honesty of the company and all its employees.
As a licensed plumbing contractor, Dan brings over 10 years of experience in the plumbing industry to the Accurate team. He uses this experience every day to help our customer solve plumbing related issues in ways that are both efficient and effective. Dan loves that his job because it allows him to help customers and leave their home better than he found it. Like all of our technicians, Dan takes immense pride in his work and ensures everything he does it to the highest standard.
When he isn’t working Dan enjoys spending time with his chocolate lab “Otis” who means the world to him. They spend a lot of time outdoors together. Dan considers himself an outdoor enthusiast and loves to hike, travel, try new food, and shoot sporting clays. On top of his busy schedule, Dan is currently attending the University of California Irvine, where he is studying civil engineering.
